Shipping & Returns

Ordering an item from Extreme Bends Inc.? We can ship to virtually any address in Canada or the United States. Extreme Bends Inc. requests customers located outside the Canada or US to contact sales@extremebends.com for more information. There are several available Shipping Methods. The actual method used is normally pre-determined by Extreme Bends Inc. personnel. If you require that an order be delivered via a specific shipping company, or if you require a level of service not listed on the website, we request you contact us before placing your order so we can verify the availability and costs involved.

Delivery Time: When you place an order with Extreme Bends Inc. we do everything we can to ensure your order is shipped quickly. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are received. Special orders can and do take longer and if an order will require an extended delay prior to shipping a Extreme Bends Inc. sales representative will contact you. The actual time necessary to deliver your order will depend upon the level of service you select. Please remember however that Extreme Bends Inc. can experience a 1 or 2 business day delay in getting the order shipped. For example, if you place an order on a Monday it is possible the order will not ship out until Wednesday. Most orders however do ship within 24 hours.

Calculating Cost: Shipping costs for orders from Extreme Bends Inc. depend upon the methods and options you choose. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. These weights are approximate. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Tracking orders in transit: Extreme Bends Inc. is currently working on improving the tracking system. At present there may be a 24-48 hour delay from the time some orders are shipped to the time the tracking number is available for viewing online. The tracking number system is different depending on the carrier and level of service used. For more information with tracking your order please contact sales@extremebends.com

RETURNS

Extreme Bends Inc. wants you to be absolutely satisfied with your order and the items you purchase. We strongly recommend that you read and understand our return policy before you place your order.

Extreme Bends Inc. will not accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 10 calendar days after delivery - NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. This includes items such as installation guides and warranty cards. All items must be returned in original packaging!
  • Any special order item.

Any electrical item such as aftermarket lights, relays, or switches.

Order Errors: In the unlikely event that Extreme Bends Inc. ships you an incorrect or defective item(s) Extreme Bends Inc. will at our discretion, replace, repair or refund the cost of the returned item(s) in full within 10 calendar days of delivery at no additional cost to you. Please note, after 10 calendar days the item cannot be returned or exchanged. Please be sure to check all orders as soon as they are delivered to you.

Items damaged or lost in transit: If an item is damaged or lost in transit please notify us immediately. Extreme Bends Inc. will need to file a damage / loss claim with the shipping company on your behalf. If the damage claim is not filed within 48 hours of receiving the item the freight carrier will not accept a damage claim. If you fail to notify Extreme Bends Inc. within 48 hours we may be unable to issue a credit for damaged or lost items.

What happens if you change your mind: If you decide you simply do not want your order you must request a return credit for this item(s) within 10 calendar days of delivery. A 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price for any item(s) returned before the 10 day grace period. Shipping is not refundable! You are responsible for all shipping charges necessary to get the item(s) returned to Extreme Bends Inc. Please be sure to purchase insurance for the item(s) in the amount you have paid and use a reputable shipping company such as UPS or FedEx. Any item returned after 10 days will NOT BE CREDITED! Please read this carefully, if you have had the parts in your possession for more than 10 days, regardless of circumstances, YOU OWN THE PARTS, THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED! NO EXCEPTIONS!

I ordered the wrong part: Unfortunately that is an error on your behalf and you will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee and shipping charges are not refundable. You are responsible for all shipping charges necessary to get the item(s) returned to Extreme Bends Inc. Please be sure to purchase insurance for these item(s) in the amount you have paid and to use a reputable shipping company such as UPS or FedEx. Any item returned after 10 days will NOT BE CREDITED OR EXCHANGED! Please read this carefully, if you have had the parts in your possession for more than 10 days, regardless of circumstances, YOU OWN THE PARTS, THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED! NO EXCEPTIONS!

Refused orders: If an order is refused at the time of delivery the customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred by Extreme Bends Inc. A 15% re-stocking fee will also be deducted from the purchase price of any item(s) refused. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges necessary to get the item(s) returned to Extreme Bends Inc. Please be sure to purchase insurance for these item(s) in the amount you have paid and to use a reputable shipping company such as UPS or FedEx.

Free Shipping Returns - Not Always Free: Items that offer free shipping at the time the order is placed will have the credit issued reduced by the actual cost incurred by Extreme Bends Inc. to ship the item(s) from Extreme Bends Inc. to the delivery address. An example would be if you, the customer, ordered an item for $100.00 that has a free shipping option. If the actual cost to Extreme Bends Inc. to ship the item were $15.00, the credit issued would be reduced by $15.00 and then reduced again by the 15% re-stocking fee. You are also responsible for all shipping charges necessary to get the item(s) returned to Extreme Bends Inc. The total credit issued in this case would be $70.00, calculated as follows: $100 (order total) - $15.00 (actual shipping charge) - 15% (re-stocking fee) less the actual shipping
